Library Outreach Program
In an effort to reach caregivers of our senior population, we have developed the Library Outreach Project. Each participating in the program will have information specific to the CHOICES Program, the National Family Caregivers Support Program, the Connecticut Statewide Respite Care Program, MediSave and information on Senior Resources Agency on Aging.
